there were bunch of attacks by ISIS supporters and ISIS doesn't claim them. maybe they weren't sexy enough for their support?

what would Occam's Razor say here? that without any motivation at all this guy just snaps and yet meticulously plans this attack, and as we know now possibly earlier events? NO.

Occam's Razor says there is a reason, possibly several.

if a terrorism link is found, then the victims and their families need to know, and the Nation. and the World in general. if it is Islamic terrorism then the victims in the UK and France need to know too.
