Ban on gas car sales proposed by California lawmaker.

I can't see how this ban is workable.

how are they going ban ICE cars from other states? block them??? confiscate them when they enter california?

Keep in mind that this legislation comes from the same people that want to regulate green house gas emissions from cows.

Of course cows will not be regulated in Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, or Oregon, all of which border California, allowing cows to exist just a few inches across the state line. (Californians may be surprised to learn that they also share an ozone layer with these states along with the rest of the planet.) Perhaps Californians will build a wall to keep out ICE vehicles, cow farts, and dissenting ideas.
