That has NOTHING to do with any "conspiracy theory," but it does have to do with protecting "intelligence" and assuring "methods and technology" remain SECRET.

Unfortunately for some in this country they believe they have some "inalienable right" to know everything the Government does before, during, and after it's done, as well as all of the "how, when, why, and who" that goes along with it. We had that for 8 years ... it needed to stop and it should now. Some jobs have the responsibility of protecting the people served from themselves.
