I visited the place this past week & as someone noted for now, has a very limited menu until they have the official opening on the 29th. Based on the background from the link/photos, I doubt they were taken from this location. The place is not that big & appears to be still a work in progress. The floor was concrete and seemed to affect the music. It looks like they hit every garage sale for chairs...all not the same & definitely second hand. Unfortunately, the ladies were not that great (day shift). My initial visit was a disappointment but will revisit again to see if it is better

Unfortunately, not many of the staff seems to fit *redneck.*
I think fewer will have the accent.

Neighbor went soon after it opened, said it was great, but after most of the training was complete 'the hotties from Dallas left' (his words). He says that now it's more like Ojos Locos.

Granted he is not a monger (that I know of ) but I at least trust his report.

Only saw the Dallas ones while driving by.
Went in for lunch during work last week.
Was sad that the only ones to physically pass as redneck were two.
One that had a Lauren Hutton dental job who was my server and the girl at the bar.
Neither had the speech characteristics of Ava on Justified.

*sigh*
