ICE is likely working on a procedure to do this.

I would think they would take them to court first before doing any arrests.

ICE is Immigration & Customs Enforcement agency. A federal agency and has no relation to the military. Their job is to detain, arrest & deport illegals. If they find people interfering with their duties, they do arrest them.

I'm glad to see ICE allowed to finally do its job. Although they could only get 100 illegals arrested in 11 days? They need more practice.

WTFagboy reserves the right to pick and choose which laws they have to obey. It's ok for the feds to arrest mayors who defy civil rights law - but not if they thumb their noses at immigration law.
