Oh yea, you and LexyLiar are the only people on the planet that know nothing about jury bias.
Look you poor naive Pollyanna son of a bitch
Trump was correct he could go shoot somebody and 36% of the country would not give a flying f***.
Bill Clinton had that same loyalty on the left.
So forgive me for not believing your b******* political filter because. Science does not bear that out

Yes that is wtf we are supposed to try and do but do we.......
http://www.jurybiasblog.com/2011/04/...they-wish.html
Are jurors influenced by what they wish to believe?
The preeminent social psychologist, Lee Ross, and his colleagues conducted an interesting experiment, recently published in Psychological Science[1], demonstrating that the evaluation of scientific evidence is shaped more by what a person desires to be true than what they initially believed to be true.

The study recruited subjects who believed that child home care was superior to day care. Half of the subject were conflicted about the issue and indicated that they intended to use day care for their children. The subjects were motivated to believe that day care was as good as home care. The un-conflicted group indicated that they intended to use only home care.

The subjects were given two fictional studies. Half the subjects were led to believe study 1 favored day care and study 2 home care; the other half of the subjects were led to believe the opposite for studies 1 and 2. After reading the studies, the subjects evaluated which of the two studies provided more valid conclusions, listed the strengths and weaknesses and evaluated the persuasiveness of each study. The subjects’ last task was to evaluate which form of childcare would have a better effect on child development.

The results of the study dramatically showed subjects were more persuaded by scientific evidence that confirmed what they wished to be true than what they initially believed to be true. Subjects who initially indicated that they intended to send their children to day care, even though they believed home care to be superior, were unconsciously motivated to favor scientific evidence that was consistent with their desire to believe day care would not adversely affect their children. When these subjects were exposed to two studies reaching opposite conclusions, they shifted their belief from their initial position and concluded that home care was no better than day care.

The un-conflicted subjects, those who intended to use home care, maintained their strong initial belief that home care was superior. The un-conflicted subject did not alter their initial belief even though they were exposed to a scientific study that was inconsistent with their belief and instead favored the study that confirmed their belief.

Being a simple-minded simpleton means you stupidly see everything in binary terms. Either you're 100% political or 0% political. In the real world, as opposed to the make-believe world of the simple-minded simpleton, it's a continuum. You can allow your political bias to seep into your analysis of, and reaction to, a set of facts by varying degrees... maybe only 10%. Or maybe 40%. Or 70%.
You can even react to accusations of bias by adopting the opposite bias in order to prove to your accusers how "unbiased" you are. Yep, it happens.
Bottom line - just because everyone has biases doesn't mean we're all as blindly incapable of recognizing and setting them aside as fagboy is.

The traitors would be the dim-retard traitors who voted in an administration that gave the Russians 20% of the U.S. uranium reserves, mistake, and that would be you!

Actually you are lying about my beliefs.
And the science does not suggest you can set aside your bias when it confirms a belief.
But of course, you are antiscience!

Interesting...
http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politi...s?ocid=U221DHP
That attorney, Natalia Veselnitskaya, represents the family of Pyotr Katsyv — the former vice governor of the Moscow region whose son, Denis, owns the real-estate company Prevezon. The DOJ had been investigating whether Prevezon laundered millions of dollars into New York City real estate when the case was unexpectedly settled just two days before going to trial in May.
"Last summer, Donald Trump, Jr. met with a Kremlin-connected attorney in an attempt to obtain information 'that would incriminate Hillary,'" the Democrats wrote, citing the emails Trump Jr. published on Tuesday.
" Earlier this year, on May 12, 2017, the Department of Justice made an abrupt decision to settle a money laundering case being handled by that same attorney in the Southern District of New York. We write with some concern that the two events may be connected — and that the Department may have settled the case at a loss for the United States in order to obscure the underlying facts."

Sessions didn't intentionally lie. Al Franken's question was about meeting as a campaign surrogate.
Holder stonewalled and lied so much that he became the first US Attorney General ever held in contempt by Congress. And even that wasn't enough for the SOB to recuse himself.
If you can't even see that the guy who is willing to recuse himself is less biased than the guy who isn't, then your bias level is at 100%.
Fucking dingbat.

If you are trying to convince me that a GOP Senator from Alabama is not equally biased as Holder....
