I'll add that folks coming out of VA are taught to keep the equipment clean as well.

You have a valid point, but still, it's up to that person to maintain themselves and equip. But, I'll add that some of those folks are afraid to, or refuse to, ask for help, which is another issue.

Worst experience ever is being stalked. I have a guy who has been harassing me for abt 2 years. I dont engage with him at this point, but he wont quit.
