Incall setting. What's your preference?

I used to use my home.... a longgggg time ago. Neighbors got nosey and a few of my friends used to pass by my house, I don't know why, but they said they were just checking on me because I wasnt answering them. Nope never again. Crazy thing is, I was having a family get together, and we were all outside having a good time and I saw the car.... slowly during by, until he realized we were outside and he kept driving.
I will always have a different incall, but I like to make my place "home-ey", like candles, water, nice comfy towels (not the cheap-ey towels they give you). So I guess it just depends how you make your place.

I prefer no knocking at hotel in calls..I'm well known in Dallas.
So never any pimp hiding or another chick.....I prefer to let my suitor know the door is cracked...let himself in and just overall act like you either own the place or belong there..

For discretion and do they feel more comfortable.

I keep the lights low..and prefer candles lit..it helps set a relaxing intimate mood.. Which gets everyone's motor running ....

I prefer private homes or apartment...but will still go to a hotel as long as its decent and there aren't crack heads asking me for money in the parking lot.

An apartment because you can tell how clean the provider is. Let's be honest no one want nasty putty cat. Walk in to dirty place and no one wants to stay. Get that nasty smell all over you and then you keep smelling that for the rest of the day.

Sometimes i'll get a hotel in a big & busy hotel ... sometimes i'll got the Innclusive/AirBnb route.

I think that I have a pretty good idea of what my client base prefers and it's consistency.

When I had a regular incall, and had it for years, men knew where I was and what to expect. Activities, kinks, flowers, toys and furniture might change but there were always fresh sheets on the bed, cold water (and other items) in the fridge and I always had everything that we need.

Never had to do the "Oh no! I'm out of condoms!" crap. And it's easier to maintain that when you have a constant place.

For the year and a half that I mostly worked out of my home, it was great. The clients LOVED it.

But it's important to remember while reading this, probably 95% of my appointments are guys that I've met before.

I don't see a whole lot of new clients. And that made a whole lot of difference.

For the men that I know, any place is fine but nearly all of them prefer a private residence even if it's specifically used for an incall location.

Hotel or Apartment just make it so we don't linger too long and give clear instructions. More traffic is better. I.E a full parking lot and a busy lobby. If your in call has 3 cars in the parking lot, maybe find a place where we can blend in easier.

If we book a 3PM. Don't make us sit in the parking until 315.

If room access is via a lobby have me meet u at a side door and escort me inside.

Apartments suck as most girls only know their number and not the building number and even then walking around an apartment complex looking at numbers on the door I just hate it.

I used to think that was the safest way. However, it was pointed out that many more "interested" parties can ease drop without you ever knowing in the outside room access motels. They now know your licence plate and can snap photos of you going into a grimy motel at 2 on Tuesday when you were supposed to be at work. Extortion/Blackmail incoming.

I hate driving or walking around a big apartment complex at night trying to find the one I am looking for. I once spent a half hour trying to locate a provider's apartment mostly because I didn't see a building number anywhere. I was almost to the point of leaving when I finally found it. Hotels are okay but not when they are downtown because of parking issues.

Some hotels screen guests without a card key after 10 or 11 at night. I once was asked whom I was visiting and in what room. The room was not in her name so I had to leave. After texting her she met me at a side door and we were good to go from there. If it had been my first time with her I would have just headed on home.

Apartment. Mainly because I don't have to wait for the woman to arrange an incall. Even if I arrange the date in advance, in many cases the lady waits until the last minute to schedule an incall (probably to prevent a wasted expense in event of a cancellation). The number of late starts seems to be much higher when the lady is working out of hotels.

Comfort and more amenities (like something available to drink) are other reasons I prefer a private incall, but convenience is reason #1 for me.

Something nice, sturdy furniture, maybe handlebars and sound proofing. Candles and a whiffle ball bat on holidays is fun if youre in a hotel i hear.

I dated a girl for a short time, she had handlebars on her headboard. Fun while it lasted. Both nights. Her place one night, cheap motel the night before. It seemed much easier and fancy free at her place. Location location location... I have had some very awesome fun in a 1, 2, 3, and 4 star fun room. With the right playmate a park bench or the back of a large recreational vehicle could be super fun fun fun.
