I can't believe that you actually believe the drivel you posted but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you do. That would make you the dumbest motherfucker on this board and that is a very difficult trophy to receive. But let's go ahead and extend your juvenile thought process out just a little bit and see where it leads.
1. Since some judges hand down inappropriate sentences in your opinion then all judges suck and I guess you think they should be shot as well.
2. Using that logic then because some police officers are corrupt then all police officers suck and should be jailed.
3. Since some teachers are horrible at their craft and in some cases actually abuse their students then all teachers must fall into the same category and therefore be in jail.
4. Do you see where this is going Einstein? I bet not.
5. Since the drug cartels are so vicious and cruel then all drug users must be the same and therefore should be in jail. This brings us back to your original point. If all drug offenses are equivalent and all users should be in jail then the judges are doing a good job for the most part.
