I was also made aware of the original post and decided against trying to help.

Hopefully I'm not just completely jaded, but I feel like she'd rather starve than accept a solution that's not 100% on her terms or in line with her comfort level and I'm just not down for that mentality.

Ze posted this in good faith last Saturday trying to help someone. As of Wednesday, just 4 days later, said provider she was trying to help is bragging about the thousands of dollars she got to go to school, courtesy of G. W. Taxpayer. And the reason she didn't have money last week was personal choice, no sympathy needed, just prayers and possibly an intervention.

You want to be decent to people but because others have cried wolf or run scams it makes it very difficult to not be jaded.

That sounds like my ex-wife to a T. Sometimes you gotta realize that you can't help someone who won't help themselves.

And this is exactly why my offer included paying something directly rather than give my hard earned money ..... When too many times I've been used, taken advantage of or just outright lied to.

Honestly after reading this last post I think she should be named. I'm not generally one to want to do that to someone but this is is just plain bull....

Don't ever come on here with your so story about your phone is off, you haven't eaten and your homeless...when it's clear it's by choice and were trying to deceive people that were genuinely concerned and interested in trying to help.
