Elkhorn man paid prostitutes to strip on his neighbors' porch

Saw a story in the Gazette Telegraph and WOWT web sites about a man in Elkhorn who paid prostitutes to strip in front of his neighbor's house while he peeped and self-serviced. And this happened multiple times over several years.

I don't think he paid, the article I read said he told them to do that to prove that they weren't LEO. So it sounds like he got his rocks off for free. But then again, 6 media outlets means 6 different versions.

This is an incredible story. This guy talked 25-30 girls a year for the last 3-4 years to come to this house and strip on the doorstep. And no one posted anything on here that they were scammed by a guy on n Elkhorn. So that would mean they were all from another source, bp or ss. Now that is 75+ different women doing this, we would hope no one would be falling for this scam twice.

And he was meeting other girls at hotels and actually paying them. Wow!

The story online says he got caught because he used an app on his phone that linked back to his cox up address. Silly guy, never heard of a VPN? Burner phone?
