I know we live in a time where everyone is "on" the internet but just because we have access does not mean we are not out living life. When things take a bit, I try to remember if there is anything major going on (like this weekend was Cinco de Mayo & Derby Day). If so, I'll wait a couple of days and if nothing has occurred, I always reach out via email.

Typically, if nothing has happen in 72 Business Hours... that's when I reach out.
