Apparently regretting the act, after the fact, is enough to be considered rape nowadays. If this is the case then I have been raped as well. I wish that the younger generation would understand that it's really been within the last 20 yrs that rape has been taking seriously and justice for the crime has been pursued . The US has been taking a tougher stance on crimes against women but what about countries that do not have laws to protect those victims? Please don't say only 3rd world countries, because that's completely untrue. What really happens when you cry "wolf" so many times and yet there wasn't a wolf? Point being women have very slowly gained right's,laws, and justice for sex crimes. Don't use rape as a self-entitlement tool. That only hurts the next true victim of a sex crime and we can easily lose the rights we have gained due to lack of respect and believability .

Your statement has no effect on the fact the "playinginthedark" publicly admitted to sexually assaulting a young lady. She should absolutely warn the ECCIE community; and she did exactly that. She should also approach authorities with the facts and let this play out in a court of law. Hell, even ECCIE corp's actions could possibly be seen as coercion and intimidation.

Here is an interesting fact; while you might be able to spoof an IP address, you can't hide the MAC address. What do you think about that rockerrick, et.al? I find it quite interesting.

Let me make this CLEAR I was NOT trying to weigh in the LV vs PID conflict. This thread was about rape. I put in my 2 cents and nothing more. If I want to say something on that issue then I will.

I also add this each person is responsible for what they PUT or ALLOW into their body. To put something into another person's body by force or corrosion is not acceptable IMO. Only exception is from medical services to save your life.
