.....but other than being respectful & punctual, the rest of your list is kinda moot, b/c guys are the ones paying.

It's not his job to carry-on good convo, or be cool/laid back, or skilled at anything at all. (in fact, if every guy had all these qualities they may not be hobbying, lol) If he lacks all of these, he STILL has to pay you for your time...and you're likely NOT giving him a discount even if he is posses all of these qualities. Even if you yourself and other ladies have none of these qualities, he still has to pay y'all for your time. Correct?

A guy with a lot of reviews(anything over 15) and no "Alerts" or issues, is all the reviews you all should need.

Just my opinion.

Hmmm except there is no way to verify the review. How does a lady know if the reviewed sessions even took place? It's not like a fake review has never been posted. Also, a gents review doesnt tell me if he smells like ass, now does it?

Sounds like you ladies need a clients review website that only you woman have access to just like the ladies lounge, I'm sure paying clients wouldn't want to read anything about them after using your services. Good luck with that concept

Lol...some girls check a guys posts history as well. Only so far you can fake.

Ladies have hygiene issues too that rarely get mentioned in reviews. If a paying client doesn't mention it to hold it against ladies, then why should you all? Especially if it could've been a one time thing.

But hey maybe just have a review verification check....guy posts review, you check "yes" if you ACTUALLY saw him. Easy peezy

I also check Reviews and the Ladies he's reviewed then cross-reference those Providers and check them out as well.

Every "no" or bad of review of a provider would be matched by a "no" review on the hobbyist and vice versa. The provider has little incentive to rave about a client as this coud actually reduce the liklihood of repeat business. At the same time, a provider has a disincentive to write a bad review, as she will avoided as someone who writes bad reviews about clients.

I don't think it would be too hard to do and it would have some value for the ladies. I picture it as a completely different review style to the current format.

- Eliminate free text fields. That should put guys at ease as far as outing or unwanted information goes. It also helps avoid a woman unintentionally shooting herself in the foot by being more honest than is needed.
- Pick only from set answers for each choice.
- Get input from some of the more level headed, respected women on the site. Have them in conjunction with the mods decide on what the questions and answer choices should be. Mods get final say in order to ensure board rules and safety.
- Do a trial period in one city's boards. If it sucks, can it.
- Optional - Make it a forum visible only to providers? Haven't thought that one through so could be issues.

Example:
- Was he punctual? (Yes, no)
- Was he freshly showered? If not, did he shower there? (Yes, no)
- Did you feel threatened? (Yes, no)
- Was at least the agreed upon donation given? (Yes, no)
- Was the client aggressive in a negative manner? (Yes, no)
- If yes, did you ask him to slow down? (Yes, no, n/a)
- Was he compliant with your request? (Yes, no, n/a)
- Do you recommend this client (Yes, no)
- Optional - only include if you feel strongly about your selection - How would you rate this encounter? (Great, terrible)

You miss out on the juicy stuff like looks, body type, and personality, but those are also all things that could result in backlash.
