LOL- imagine every story you've ever heard on this board about running out of towels and washcloths, guys leaving skid marks on the sheets, and taking a big ole' dump at your incall.

Now imagine them in an RV.

With no washer and dryer.

There is a provider that works out of an RV that parks in WalMart parking lots as her incall. WalMart allows RVs to park in their lots for free overnight as long as it is on the far side of the lot (away from the store).

Sounds like you have your mind made up, and you have addressed most of the concerns that I have seen. The only issue now is how much are you willing to risk. because no matter what your screening is like, there is still a small amount of risk. And in the case of an RV, if you get arrested you may lose your vehicle.

A lot of cities have laws that say a resident of the city cannot rent a hotel room in that city. It seemed crazy to me, until someone explained that many drug dealers will rent a hotel room so that if they get caught they don't lose their house. I hope that your RV will be a rental, or that if it is taken it won't ruin you.

My guess is the MPG on an RV would be 2x-3x that of a car. Something to consider if you are driving 1000 miles in a month:

Car MPG: 25 (on the low end) 25/1000= 40 gallons a month
RV MPG: 10 (on the high end) 10/1000 = 100 gallons a month

So, at gas prices of $2.25 (and probably going up into the $3 range), add $4.50 or more a day. And don't forget the cost to maintain that monster.

Speaking of, if this is going to be your domicile, I would not be shy on the insurance - let them know you are RV-ing more often these days, and make sure you are squared away for roadside assistance and see if they offer excursion diversion, so you don't have to foot for a hotel if your home is in the garage.

Not trying to be a party pooper, but having experience in the insurance industry, I hate to see people get in a bind.

While I wouldn't set up the place for providing, also remember that WalMart has a history of supporting their RV customers by letting them park in their lots overnight. If you haven't checked that out, I'd give it a look-see.
If you notice there are two sections for fuel on the RV side (one for the RV and one for the auto that I will be towing) and one on the hotel sided (only have the car to worry about).

I also have rewards cards for all the fuel stations, truck stops, grocery stores, ect...That helps me knock a lot off fuel cost. I fuel up before I leave and only have to refuel once, maybe twice on the road. I try to plan it so it is always at the same chain to get those fuel points. 100 gallon tank plus a 50 gallon reserve is awesome for building up points.

I carry full coverage on all my vehicles with towing and rental car coverage. I also have AAA, AARP, and Roadside through the bank and my cell phone company. Every tour I take is covered by travel insurance to cover me in the event I break down, get hurt, or whatever goes wrong. Because I pay by the year and have so many policies for business and personal, I get amazing rates.

Thanks for looking out for those things. Most do over look the what if's. I am blessed to have a Gran who had one heck of a mind for business and she taught me all she knew. I was one of the smarter grands....I listened.

Actually the sign in the window says "Casa della nonna Custom Made Gifts" "Orders taken BY APPOINTMENT ONLY" "Then it has the app number that goes to a voicemail talking about Casa della nonna and the custom made gifts ranging from custom molded statues to handmade quilts to handmade chocolates. It ask you to leave your name, number, city and state, and a brief message containing what you are looking for.

That is why you will have to be a returning client to see me in the RV and have me take the time to cook for you in more ways than one.

If you are a returning client, I would hope to shout you're not LE that is using (well you know) to spend time with me.

I think it's a great idea, as well! I didn't know there was another thread pertaining to the same subject… I just started a similar thread in Arkansas coed.

I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel that costed more than $50 a night...unless you're trying to go 4-5 star which means more security, more cameras, more nosey guests, more nosey staff...

I have a question. You make $250+ an hour but don't spend more then $50 on a hotel. Why? You deserve better. Don't settle.
