From over 200 years ago to about four decades ago the democrats had a phrase that they loved so much; N*ggerlover. They used it to describe anyone who wanted the slaves to be free, who worked to help slaves escape, people who voted to end slavery, people who voted to give freedmen the right to vote, people who wanted negroes (the word of the day) to be treated equally under the law, to blacks who wanted 100% of the rights guaranteed to every American citizen and then the democrats got it. Stop using that phrase in public. So they stopped...that particular phrase. They still used the tactic against gays and foreigners until they decided that gay was good and foreigners were future voters.
It's back again. Now it's Russian lover. Right up to the end of the Obama years it was considered a good idea that we could work with the Russians to get to the end of ISIS. Then that changed, now every democrat worth their salt is throwing shade at Putin and the Russians. Now some ignorant turds will say that this is just like what the republicans did in the 50s. Not so. Then we were warning about communists, you know "commies". We didn't care if they were German, Russian, Chinese, Korean, French, Italian, or American. We didn't like commies because their very beliefs flew in the face of what the US stood for. Modern democrats don't make that separation. They just attack Russians in general. You know, the bigotry that all Russians are the same.
It truly is a bigoted stand that the democrats are taking.
