If he was a felon in Virginia and got a pardon from Clinton pal and Governor Terry McAuliffe, he could vote early and often with the other convicts that were pardoned by McAuliffe right before the November election. Even rigging the elections with pardoned convicts didn't get shrilLIARy into the White House.
