I've never responded to any of your previous posts, Al. Very ironically... after over half a year of no hobby fucking... just yesterday, I was able to enjoy one of our co-favorite, outstanding playmates!

Thru some private experiences of my own, over the past half-year... I'm pretty sure I'm close to understanding where you're coming from... although, I highly doubt that our situations are similar!

After almost four decades of hobbying, in one form or another... from "Mr Lucky's" in Morgan City ... thru many overseas decadent escapades... years of TBD, TER, Escorts.com, ASPD fame... and living thru a very close, five year committed, living together, relationship, with one of the Hobby's finest playmates... I have been growing closer toward your latest Mia Culpa!

This is a sad day, but I hope he knows he has the support of all of us, and he is welcome back any time he should choose to return. I am new here and only knew him briefly but I'm gonna miss him. I agree with most of NTJME's post. Personally, I found the behavior obnoxious and attention-seeking by Al. But from what appears to be a heartfelt response, I empathize with Al. Al's situation is similar to a lot of people on here. He's seeking a rush that he cannot find at home. However, he always returns to that home. When on the way to that home, you can be overcome by guilt and shame. This can lead to grief and anxiety, as well as trying to find any self worth.

I too have tried to step away completely, but always find myself back. Recently, I've been more active after a 18 month or so layoff. I don't know if I'll continue, but only time will tell. Al's post here was the most productive, beneficial post he's ever made. I truly hope that he can find happiness at home or through some other outlet.
