Default Smokers

Something came up today, other than that, and I wanted to discuss it. Smokers

Some of you read the thread that inspired this post where I said someone not disclosing themselves as a smoker "could kill someone". I have a severe allergy to smoke, all smoke, not just cigarette smoke, but it's incredibly rare to accidentally run into other smoke outside of an emergency situation. My throat constricts and I have trouble breathing, so yes, it is life threatening. It's far more dangerous than sticking my dick in random places. I have to avoid some of the best women here because calling 911 is just not a sexy time. I know I'm not the only one in the world adverse to smoke and to anyone that thinks it's no big deal... I wish I could be so blase.

Request to the mods:

I'm guessing that the smoker field on the provider page is binary. I'd like to request that it be changed to either a text field or a drop down that includes other options like "other" or "vape". This might belong in another forum and I'll go look.

Default Agree

Not sure about the whole thing as far as killing someone not saying your lying just not familiar with it bud. But I do agree if we are paying for a service we should know the whole truth on who we are seeing and every question should be answered in a truthful manner just my opinion

I also wish clients would disclose this as well. As someone who also has issues with cigarette smoke (whenever I encounter a smoker it gives me a terrible migraine that lasts for days). You'd think it would be common courtesy to shower, then not smoke before meeting a client OR provider.

So please, smokers, even if you cannot smell it rest assured that the rest of us can!!

Exactly. We should get together some time.

Very interesting dirk. Thanks for on that kinda info, never heard of such thing. Do you even react being with a provider that smokes but not in your presence? (Even if she had used mouth wash or whatever?)
Thinking part of my curiosity stems from my history of having spent 19 years on a Vol Fire & Rescue Dept. We always had protection but if a situation on the street presented itself you could be in total shitty trouble if a stranger that smokes were to give you mouth to mouth or CPR!
Maybe I will be more conscious when I met a new provider from here on out!
Thnx for the info.

The problem I frequently run into is smokers can almost never hide that smell. It gets in their fingers, clothes, skin, everything. I've never had to kiss a smoker or get CPR so I'm not sure exactly what would happen. I hope I never have to find out.

When travelling last week, I had an appointment with a girl that had two reviews but both said "couldn't tell" and didn't mention anything about smoking. I asked her during verification and she said no. She opened the door of a non smoking hotel and I could smell it, and had to cancel face to face. Very embarrassing.
