He might want to go to a private psychiatric facility with a "coupon" .... I've known some of the "inmates" in the psychiatric wards and the polite way of saying it is most of them are not in there because they a uncomfortable with their "service assignments" ... they are in there because they are "uncomfortable" with the "world back home" ... and I've never met one who had adapted to MEN who "felt" like women! They are a "a bit" edgy even on the "blue juice"!
