Are you saying this because Trump has said he doesn't care about the National debt and is willing to increase it to accomplish his agenda. Even Trump realizes you have to spend your way out of debt. After all isn't he the self proclaimed king of debt and openly brags about how his own personal debt led to his wealth and still does to this day.
