A question is raised as to why "white sheeting" was placed down? Another question is ... the rain had started falling and did folks "toward the back" start getting out of the rain and leaving? (I can see people leaving in the back, but not in the front.) As one can see the press tower is directly in front of him and directly in line of the view from to the rear of the Mall.
