Unfortunately it does not. It just allows you to go to the bathroom better. Flomax relaxes the smooth muscle, which is why you get up less but have retrograde. You need a 5ari, Avodart or Finestiride to reverse the growth of the prostate. BPH is a dual component disease: not going to the bathroom/getting up all night brings you to the doctor, the real issue is prostate growth. As the prostate continues to grow it will eventually close off the urethrea. Then the only option is surgery. Remember, urologist are surgeons so they want to do a TURP/TUNA or radical prostatectomy. Lots of potential negative problems when you get into surgery; ED, etc.

Of course! Especially regards to a bj it's about your pleasure first. While I more often than not go well past CIM to NQNS ... i'm not phased by orgasms with low to completely dry ejaculation. The sensation is still there. I've met older gents who were not on Flomax but for some due to age they often orgasms with little to no ejaculate. So...a gent having dry o's isn't new to me and certainly won't stop me from giving a BBBJ.
