If you've ever REALLY fasted for three days or more, you'd know that your body has plenty of shit in it. I've not eaten for 10 days and shit every one of them. Your body has waste constantly being processed; some of it is slow-digesting food, but there is also the dead cells, spent fat, free radicals, and mucous that are discarded through poop.

The way the colon works is to process all of that waste and then once it's ready to get rid of it, it moves it to the rectum to empty. It is not a constant river of shit; it is a "dump" into the rectum, where you feel the need to or presence of poop.

Fasting for 12 hours may give you some confidence, but scientifically, you're not making a difference.

There are two kinds of enemas: a water colonic or a chemical suppository (there are also drinks which flush your entire system but that's not needed). They both accomplish the same thing, adding water to the rectum so that you can "flush" your rectum. The advantage of the water is you have a seemingly endless supply and can fill and spray until you run clear. The advantage of the chemical suppository is that it also dehydrates your intestines so you feel less bloated...but that doesn't mean you're ANY cleaner, in fact it creates a greater likelihood of untimely seepage.

Also, to get into the colon, you'd have to be quite hung. The rectum leads into the colon through this second valve/sphincter at the top of the rectum. The shape has a bend in it which is held on place by some ligaments which also attach to the bladder. Pushing against this point causes the sensation of needing to pee, badly, and usually some pain. Ideally, if you are doing Greek you are not hitting that spot but rather, taking your time and letting the rectum relax/stretch to fit your partner.

I think it might be more what you are comfortable with. I know personally, I don't like to fast and most of my Greek appts are the same day, so not much chance to do that. It's not good to do on a regular basis.
As for ATM, I don't want to do that no matter how cleaned out I am even though condoms are used.

Whoops forgot to address your other questions. If you do greek correctly your hiney will be just as tight as an anal virgin when you aren't putting anything up it.
