A newbie who's not really a newbie...

Let me explain. I have spent years in places like Costa Rica, Panama, and Columbia and have a condo in the region, so I'm not new to the rodeo by a long stretch. Yet, I have never once done anything "hobby" related in the US, mostly due to the laws and just the ridiculous war on sex cultural crap you just don't experience down there.

I looked around places like BP, etc and between the horrible stories, again not knowing the pics even match the girl, etc, etc, just not interested in finding out.

Someone recommended this site to me as a good way to help get a sense of how it works in the US, see reviews, etc. I see it even has it's own lexicon like "hobby" and such. I'm not a shy guy by any means but I like to take my time and get to know someone a bit and see if there's a connection, or chemistry as I wanna enjoy it, and want them to enjoy it, and the just bang and go thing not that interesting to me, and the US seems difficult.

There's places in the countries above where to walk in, see a gal you find attractive, go into a room, and done.

My buddies there frequent such places while I never been to a one of them as that approach is just a total turn off for me. I've even gone with them and sat in the waiting room and watched TV while they were having their 15 minutes O fun.

Me, I'd tend to go to places where they are hanging out, buy some drinks, talk, etc, and if there's some chemistry and (seemingly) mutual attraction, all good. Costs a tad more usually, but the pay off is often some really good experiences that last a few hours or longer if she's enjoying it too. Some times they stay the night, some times they don't.

But, in the US, I gather it's "in call" or "out call" and hope for the best vs say meeting for a drink and such, which I understand from the service providers POV. I did try calling a few and found they were surprisingly unfriendly on the phone and all business. Small sample size of course but it didn't encourage further calling...

I assume if you have say a regular perhaps things can go in a more social direction and such?

I was at a SC yesterday (also a rare event for me) and it was made clear to me extras were on the table and again, a little too clinical for my tastes, and trying to enjoy that in some small lap dance type room just not that sexual to me. I also just like to lick tang and such before getting my self happy.

Anyway, that's my story/situation and why I have yet to take a leap of faith in the US and try anything of that nature, so I'm a newbie to the "hobby" but obviously a bit slow on how it works and such compared to other countries.

Advice/thoughts?

Just curious: how many years did you spend in Colombia without learning to spell the name of the place?

Because I'm not always in said free country and curious to see what I can do when in the US, which is most of the time currently. That might change in the future, but I'm in the US more than I am in condo in free country.

Either find a girl know for being a great GFE/courtesan and pony up for an extended date to include going out for dinner and drinks or get a sugar baby.

Option A is less complicated long term. Find who you are interested in, make sure she provides the type of experience you want, complete her screening and you are off the races. Find the local boards in your area and ask for recommendations.

Option B has a chance of being less of a financial drain over time. Trap babies are a distinct possibility. Vet the girl thoroughly. This option requires a lot more time commitment on the front end before you get into her goodies.
