Background: Vegas has 2 large meet and greets every year. One around Halloween (cause the girls love to get dressed up in wild costumes) and one near the weekend of the AVN awards in mid-Jan. There may be others but not as well attended. Because Vegas is a tourist destination, meet and greets fall on the weekends (Fri/Sat nights, the current organizers seem to plan for the meet and greets on Fridays usually) instead of during the week. Sadly, AVN Awards weekend (and AEExpo) is not concurrent with CES these days (they used to happen on the same week in the distant past) but the room rates aren't as horrible as they are when CES is in town.
