Easy

Greek Yougurt Plain. The cheap brand actually has less sugar and more protein so go with that
MIO The water enhancer.flavoring. 0 calories get pomegranate
Blueberries 1 cup

Mix yogurt, MIO, and blueberries together.
Place in freezer for 20-30 min

Now you have a low calorie high protein packed snack with all your anti oxidants

It will be your go to. Tastes like ice cream

The South Beach diet worked for me.

Eat your last meal of the day as early as your schedule permits --at least 4 hours b4 bedtime, but earlier if possible.. Grilled chicken breast and green salad should be an evening routine. Vinegar only on the salad (no fatty/carbo salad dressings). Avoid the dairy altogether if possible. If you need to snack, go with celery & carrot sticks.

Don't drink calories. Stick to water.

Water. Water and more water. Hydration is essential to dropping weight.

As others have mentioned, consume your last of the meal (no later than 6pm) if your schedule permits.

It's a conditioning thing (but) the feeling of being hungry later in the evenings will subside after 4 weeks of not giving into "late night snacking". It may not feel like that as you build up the tolerance but it will happen.

This one is a GREAT idea. Greek Yogurt is VERY versatile.

Casein protein, that's what you want to consume at night so you are not hungry. Whey protein after workouts and casein protein at night, works like a champ. Also, carbs are not your fuel like others said...protein is, and once you convert carb intake to protein intake you wont be hungry AND the pounds will shed.

Yes....but along with HCG goes a 500 calorie diet and several other considerations.

GeminiGuy, I'm currently using only Whey protein (ISOPURE)...was just reading about Casein protein. I'm going to add this at night.

Tease....Well, I could eat the chicken anyway.

I got the Optimum Nutrition Casein protein in the chocolate flavor. Mixing it with almond or soy milk.
It's a little harder to mix than my whey protein. I pretty much have to use the blender....but certainly keeps me from getting hungry during the night.

Careful with the casein protein. Research has shown an almost 15 fold increase in prostate cancer with those who consume higher levels of casein.
