Hi, I need to write a review for one of the providers I met on 9/26. How would I write review? I am unable to find a link for writing review. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Go to the Inependent Provider Reviews section and find the "New Review" button at the top of the column. Click it and fill in all of the fields. Suggestion: write your ROS ("The Rest of the Story") description of the session on a separate Word page, then copy and paste it into the ROS field when you're ready. When you've finished completing the form, hit the "Submit" button and you're done.

I can't find Independent Provider Review section. I can access new review button through existing review but it asks me to login and fails login attempt. Do I require different level of permission to write review?

The Independent Proviser Reviews section is 8 sections down from this section on the SA local main page. Yes, you must be a Registeted Member and liogged in to write a review, but you don't need special access or membership status.

BTW, this same problem s being reported in other cities today. Sounds like an IT problem, not you. Try again later, or tomorrow.

To submit a review use the button at the top of the appropriate review forum in the city where the visit took place. You will be presented with a form to fill out. Fill out all items in the form. Click on the Submit button at the bottom to post it when you are done.

Important! You may want to first compose the ROS part of the review offline in Notepad or Word or something else similar. Then when you go online to post the review copy and paste the composed ROS.
