Earle and 3 gals indicted and 3 arrested in May 2016.
On 8/17 Sandra took a plea for a class 5 felony "Solicitation to Commit Illegal Control of an Enterprise." Counts 2-5 dismissed. The plea agreement with the statement of facts under seal. Sentencing 9/21 but may get continued as usual.
On 8/25 Jennifer turned down a plea offer.
Gals released with PSA supervision. Earle bail set at $27,000 not met. Arrested 9/10/2016 on a traffic stop for no license plate lights and found arrest warrant. Lives in Chandler for 22 years, works for the AZ Republic and a Uber driver. Has excess income over expenses but the house is underwater which qualified him is indigent and can have a public defender.
The case is recent so unless plea deals are taken, nothing much may happen for awhile.
