Iceland is an amazing place. It is where the Mid-Atlantic Rift comes to shore, so the volcanic activity is incredible. Make sure you experience the Blue Lagoon. It's a trip. And don't miss the penis museum.
Sweden, on the other hand, is a bit dull - at least that's what I've found after visiting for professional conferences.
