What's with all the ads being put in request/iso forum lately?

On just page one of iso forum there are 3 ads or threads that belong in snatch.

If every provider did this, where would the guys post their ISO?
I've been under the impression that the request forum was mostly for the guys to post, not for ladies to post their availability. Isn't that why we have the snatch thread?

yes I flagged them last night to no avail.To state the obvious, it is not fair to those of us that follow the rules that those who break the rules are tolerated and allowed to get away with posting ads in the wrong area.

I always wonder why people assume that those violating rules are "tolerated and allowed...". I often see posts removed from SNATCH for violating rules.

But the only punishment I've ever "seen" given to others is banning, and I don't think posting in the wrong area is a bannable offense. Points seem fitting, but you never know when they are being given out.

Or am I missing a feature of eccie that you use to determine none of these girls are being sanctioned?
