Alternate Screening for Newbies... What is it?...
This may have already been answered at some point, but I felt like it bears repeating...
I have not been on this site long, however it seems to me, after browsing numerous showcases and such, that provider references are the preferred method of screening. But what about the poor souls that are brand new and have no provider references to provide? I also noticed that "alternate screening" was available from some providers, but no other information. Is there any way I could get a walkthrough/guideline as to what all that entails?
And before you ask, no I am not trying to hide anything, just would like a heads up as to the process. Thank you in advance.

Process is different from one provider to the next. Often involves giving up some sort of real world info. Be very careful about that.

A lot of us have our own difference source to verify something about your real information usually. Whether it be a call to your real job to verify you really work there or a way to look up your real number or look up who you really are. There are sites out there to do that.
It's still a risk though. So we are taking a risk to actually jump the boat to see you.
Getting P411 is still a really good option.

Just see 2 newbie friendly ones and you are good to go moving forward. Typically, but not always, if they have a number posted you can just call them and be ok. Again, read the ads and see if they still require screening.

Tangie believes in newbies getting body cavity searched just to make sure the newbie is not packing recording devices and other contraband ...

My most basic understanding of "newbie friendly" is a companion who is okay with seeing a new client. I have absolutely no idea why that is conflated with not screening. I will see a new client. To do so, I require identity and employment verification. Other providers may have a different process. Whether someone wants to furnish that information to a reputable provider is totally up to them. And as far as the risk of an escort knowing your RW information, please understand the risk still goes both ways. Believe it or not, some men have such a sense of entitlement and a complete lack of empathy or shame and will still commit robbery, or even assault under their RW name.

NEVER! Give up real world information just to see a hooker period, how idiotic does that sound when you sit back and think about it, visit the ones that don't require personal information, there's plenty of those here
it's bad enough your plates can be ran during your visit but that risk of RW info compromised goes both ways once you're at the incall, The hobby is risky for everyone

For someone with no references she does do employment screening. However, she will accept two providers okays instead of using personal info.
