Good morning , so my account is in verified user status and I have sent several emails to the moderators and web support. There has been no results or response , what should I do next ?

I think there should be many more downgrades.. it would help to curb some of these fake and duplicate handles.. plus, if you're not participating, why keep you here?

Same problem...I went on hiatus for 7 months, and upon my return, sent several pms (to multiple mods, over the course of 2 months,) in an attempt to get reinstated. No one ever bothered to send any type of response. I have been 'waiting' for over a year to be reinstated, or for someone to offer any type of reasonable explanation as to why this has not happened, or why my reinstatement request can not be approved.

I very much doubt that since I personally responded to you and upgraded your account to verified provider....again. The failure here was you did not login within 24hrs of me contacting you moreover you were given an explanation as to why the downgraded, several times throughout the course of history actually even before the current staff was moderating Dallas. However if you want to paint the staff here as unhelpful in this circumstance I'll go ahead and lay it out here for you in the public so you can't say you never got it.

If you go 90 days or more without logging in your account downgrades automatically to registered user. Once you contact the staff to receive it back then its your responsibility to keep up with what's going on with your request.

I don't recall receiving any pms from you, or any other mod, and furthermore this was the first, and only time my account was ever downgraded. I don't appreciate being painted as someone who is constantly having my account revoked due to 'problems' no more than you like being portrayed as incompetent. I took time off for personal reasons, no further explanation should need to be given. I contacted mods(several times) upon my return as instructed in the original pm that was sent notifying me of my account downgrade. This should not have been a year endeavor to get accomplished, but thank you for finally resolving this issue.

I agree.

The profiles of verified providers should be downgraded to registered member status after a couple of months of inactivity. I totally understand if you did not want to participate in the discussions on this drama site with the way it is right now, but hell, all you have to do is log in and log back out once a month to keep it active!

If a member does not have any activity for over a year, that entire account should be deleted, but I think the website gets some kind of high 5 about how many registered members that it has.

# of members is important to the ad rates the site can charge so don't expect them to removing account for lack of activity any time soon.
