Help! P411 WILL NOT REMOVE MY NAME!

I removed myself from p411 a while back it's been over a year I think. I have had several ladies contacting me asking me about p411 guys because my name is still on the site. I proceeded to contact Gina the owner of p411 asking her to remove my name she then asked for a screenshot of my name so I called one of the ladies who originally told me I was on there and she took some screenshots for me. I sent those screenshots to Gina Who in return responded with hate mail and threats I have all those emails saved and I'm happy to share them with anyone. In fact she also threatened to remove the other provider from p411. I'm not sure if she has or has not. She claims that we are sharing an account why would I want to share an account if I already had an account that I shut down myself?? Not only that but all my ads clearly state that I do not even accept third-party screening sites! All of my ads say that so why would I even need p411? I don't which is why I removed myself !I also have proof of me asking to shut down my account via email exchanges with Gina. I would like my name COMPLETELY removed. Does anybody know what my legal rights are as far as having my name on her site when I have asked her to remove it? If anybody knows any advice would be helpful as I will be taking legal action if my name is not removed from her joke of a site within the next week.

Due to her lack of professionalism and poor manners I do not want to be associated with her or her sight. And I am very adamant about that!

A few things I forgot to mention....

I have screenshots of old texts of me telling potential client I DO NOT ACCEPT P411. That is CLEAR PROOF I have NEVER used ANYONES P411 account OR asked anyone to use their account for me...shit I didn't even want mine!

I am happy to share those texts, email exchange of me telling Gina to DELETE MY ACCOUNT,& Email exchanges of Gina threatening me & other ladies who advertise on her site! Just PM me & I'll shoot it all right over, as I'ts forbidden to post them here.

Secondly I am SOOO sorry to the 100+ guys I have given an OK to on p411, but I REFUSE to support a sight that has NO POINT when safety is REALLY concerned & is so malicious & disrespectful to the ladies who feed them! HOWEVER I am MORE than happy to provide ANYONE I have given a p411 OK with a reference ANYTIME! Sorry for the inconvenience guys! But I hope you understand that I am very passionate about NOT SUPPORTING SUCH A SITE.

Also I believe my account has been manipulated & random OK's given in my name. As many of the supposed OK's were NOT given by me! When you see my name on P411 be careful ladies, there is a chance it may be a FAKE OK,& I do not condone accepting ANY ok's I "supposedly" gave! I am publically warning everyone I do not support a SINGLE ok put under my name on p411. Should anyone get hurt that's on you, gina & p411!

And ladies if you need a reference I'm happy to help...but please do not call me asking if I have seen a certain P411 guy. Those OK's are posted WITHOUT MY CONSENT & I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM.

I just want my name off that site & I believe that is my right!!?? Gina please do the right thing & delete my name from p411!

Looking back through my old OKs there are several ladies who are no longer active. There is no profile to access and it says something to the effect that provider's account is no longer active. I am guessing that actually removing the account would fuck over, to some degree, every guy you gave an OK to.

Its her site and she in in Canada. Good luck with any legal action. I would think working through the problem with her while maintaining a professional attitude and tone would be far more productive than blasting her here.

I will put her on blast she runs a business and she runs it poorly and as a paying customer I have the right to complain. And for your information I did try to handle it privately through email and respectfully and in return I received hate mail buy a so-called professional and our community LOL so yes I want the community to know what's going on and I'm not trying to f*** any guy over I'm more than happy to give anybody a reference but I'm not willing to be a part of something so ugly and I believe I have the right to choose where my name is and I do not want it on that site. And I will do everything I can legally to have my name removed and I want every lady and every guy to know that I do not condone any of those okay's. And if you feel like I don't have a right to decide where my name is that's fine by me but I feel otherwise and I'm not a disrespectful person but if you want a business and you're running poorly people are going to talk and I don't think shutting people up is the answer I have solid proof of all the emails and text messages exchanged I have no reason to lie about anything I don't wish her any harm but I sure don't want to be apart of anything she has going on.

The issue of her name appearing on Okays (disabled) was resolved within an hour of her email(s) to me. Just as I said they would be when she first "asked".

Sorry this had to be posted before it actually got removed. Lol but SERIOUSLY thank you for doing the right thing I do really appreciate it. I honestly wish u the best! AND now I won't have to share your TRUE RESPONSE TO MY LIGITIMATE REQUEST, of rude nasty threatening & unprofessional emails with anyone.

Again I am HAPPY to provide ALL guys I have seen (p411 or otherwise) with a reference ANYTIME! And I am fast to respond...as long as I am not sleeping or in a session guys & ladies will receive an imidiate reply! sorry for the inconvenience guys but I just can't be fake not to others Or myself!

Gina is a human like everybody else not a god LOL and if you care REALLY CARE about her you won't keep pushing the issue... ask her your self... she knows exactly what she said to me in those emails :-)


anyways I'm not even going to look at this thread anymore because I'm not going to let negativity into my life. I simply posted this because I honestly and truly from the bottom of my heart did not want to be associated with that site was concerned about the safety of others using my supposed okays. She gave me what I asked for regardless of when she said she did it it's done so I really don't have anything more to say.

BUT ... just to prove I am not a liar and I hate liars ...If you're really really concerned about the matter you can go ahead and send me an email or text message and I'll be more than happy to share everything with you or anyone else but I won't be viewing this thread anymore good luck to everyone and no hard feelings or bad wishes to anyone regardless of what you may think :-)

Her P411 account was revoked a long time ago, although I'll let her pretend she "removed herself"....... I've been hearing this same song for years.
