Personally, I've always though it could stand for either illusion/imitation of passion/pleasure.

But basically, yes; "faking it".

One thing I find unfortunate about the hobby is that many seasoned hobbyists tend to all agree/believe that there is no way a provider could ever genuinely enjoy this type of work and so must be "iop'ing" it every time. Do they really have such a low opinion of themselves, that they think a woman doesn't genuinely enjoy their company?

It is unfortunate to me, because it is not true for every provider. Many of us freely choose to do this kind of work. Does money play a factor? Of course it does; we all have to make a living in this life, and being a provider gives one a lot of freedom to maintain a certain independence and lifestyle.

However, that does not mean that some of us do not genuinely enjoy it and have a lot of fun while doing it. I think many of us are more sexually liberated women which is what enables us to do this sort of job in the first place. And we do enjoy all the different types of people we meet and the experiences we have with them.

Anywhos, yes, I posted something serious amongst y'alls ridculousnes; deal with it. :P
