White people make up new words too, president Bush was famous for it. I think one of them made it to the dictionary now. But wake up may be right in the fact that ethnic groups make more new words at least the more popular ones we hear on the regular. Vajayjay or however you spell it was Oprah on a swing just saying shit. I still say I made up slob on the knob when I was young (actually I bet I heard it) then they made a song about it. Slob on my knob, like corn in the cob .

Shakespeare certainly invented and changed words, I think Boswell did too, or maybe it was Johnson, I think he invented some words which are now common.
