The full note read "acceptable specimens for this test are male urethral swab, endocervical swab and liquid based pap specimens, vaginal swabs in APTIMA transports and first void urine."
A general note attached to every paper copy of test results received

Yes the STD clinic at 15 waller street. $20 full panel testing, but herpes testing will cost a bit more!

I'm lucky my insurance covers all my testing with copay of course. My doctor though feels the need to make me feel like a scumbag every time I request to get tested though. She sees it as me getting tested because I know I have something rather than me just trying to be responsible.

www.stdcheck.com for me. I give the name Mr. Jon Hamm, and they email me the results. If I ever get bad results, they are going to be mailing them to Mr. Jon Hamm at the state capitol.
