Your first experience

For ladies and gents, what were your thoughts and feelings leading up to your first hobby/provider experience? I was contiplating joining the hobby for about three years, but was held back by fear of getting caught by LE, or worse my SO, but my need for sexual healing, bonding and intimacy overtook the other fear, and porn was no longer doing it for me and I finally jumped in last month. Each encounter since then has gotten better from the last. At some point I hope my last residual fear and my performance anxiety will finally subside to where I can take it to home plate instead of holding at third. In the meantime, the view from third base is incredible.

My first time was in 2005. I joined aspd not really knowing what I was looking for, but I did my research and decided to see Courtney (loves2please). I was very nervous and worried I'd do something wrong to screw things up, but since I told her it was my first time she was very helpful in coaching me on the right way to do things. When I met her she totally put me at ease and we had a great time. I visited her a couple more times after that and always had fun.

My second session didn't go as well. I was still nervous meeting a new person, and this lady was not nearly as good at putting me at ease and making me feel comfortable. Honestly, if I had seen the second lady first I would have probably just stopped hobbying then. She didn't do anything wrong, but at that time with me just starting out she just didn't offer the extra tlc I needed to be comfortable and perform well.

Now that I have a lot more experience I don't have quite the same jitters meeting a new lady, but when I do my research what I'm looking for is a hint of that extra something that makes me feel like it'll be good like that first time. So far I've been quite happy with my choices.

Why you guys making such a big deal out of this? So much anxiety. The whole idea of paying for it is that you just do it without the anxiety of a regular date. Just pay the money and fuck.

I was introduced to the hobby by Sue Nami. She seemed to think I was a natural at this and she was right!!!!! I loved from the get go!!!!!!

My first time was in 1983. I was working 24 hours shifts for a public safety agency in Austin. Well as you guys know, you're 21, and have just spent 24 hours surrounded by other people, you have a build up you need to get rid of.

I saw ads in the sports section of the Austin newspaper for "Gentleman's Spas". One day I decided to try one out. After my shift, I showered, and changed into normal clothes from the uniform I had worn for the past 24 hours.

I drove over to Adams Retreat on Renali, just north of Capital Plaza. Got out walked in and luckily I was met by a group of girls with great customer service skills. They lined up and I picked the one I wanted to see. Paid that $65 fee, went back to a room. I explained it was my first time, she did every thing she could to make it a great experience. The rush I felt from that is one of the reasons I continue to hobby to this day.

My first was last year at a work conference. I don't know why I started looking for providers in Salt Lake City but I did. I didn't know of Eccie then. I called up the Utah Doll House and asked for a few providers that were available. Of my list, Kim was. Their prices were outrageous but what the hell. It was enough just to get them out to see you. I met her in the lobby and took her up to my room. She gave the pricing and settled on a CBJ/CIM situation. We sat and talked for a bit more and gave her a foot message. Jokingly she said she'd have to start paying me if that went on any longer. I don't have a formal Eccie review up for this Step 0 attempt. My recommendation would be a No for the prices the providers charge. It was fun.

Yes they had a little house there and a portable sign out front. I fucked a girl there once and put it on my credit card. How romantic! Then the APD Vice Unit began shaking them down for sex and money and they closed because of it. But the owner hired an attorney who complained to the FBI and Federal Attorney, and a couple years later the FBI stormed into the APD Headquarters building on 8th street and raided the Vice Unit! Oh yeah Austin is a real liberal city!

I had screwed civies, strippers, streetwalkers, even escorts in the phone book before. But honestly before joining here it was always some drunk night here and there. My 1st days in advance appointment was a hottie here (long gone) and I was nervous. In fact so nervous I had an ED problem. Nothing worse than laying next to a hot 19 year old when your 50+ with an uncooperative dick. From that point on I said fuck it, and swallowed a blue pill every time before an appointment.

First time was in 2013 when I was living in Queretaro, Mexico. I had to travel to Merida alone and didn't want to eat solo at a restaurant. Didn't want to eat at some shitty touristy place either with a bunch of Americans and Europeans. So, this was about having a more authentic experience of Merida, getting a perspective of Mexico from someone other than a business person or academic, and, of course, a night of naughtiness with a beautiful Latina. I talked to a taxista about what I wanted in an escort . . . Late 20s to mid-30s, looks of a telenovela actress, and the ability to talk about much more than the naughty things she wanted me to do to her later. He gave me the number to an agency and despite an intense fear that a "donkey lady" from a border town whorehouse was going to show up, I placed the call. Relieved I was when a dark haired, dark eyed beauty with smooth brown skin arrived at my hotel. And I soon learned that there was much more to her than appearance. Intelligent, interesting, funny, and my use of the Spanish language seemed to really impress her. At least she smiled alot when I spoke. I think I paid $5,000 MX (slightly less than $500 USD at that time) for dinner, going to a club for a couple of hours to show off my guero Salsa skills. Another plus with her. Absolutely no (detectable) judgement of my less than impressive Salsa ablilities. Then a few hours of play time . . . and play she could. Some much needed rest and some morning fun to set the tone for the day. A late breakfast and some shopping to show my appreciation for an experience that stimulated me on several levels. Unlikely I will ever spend so little money and receive so much in return in the "hobby" world. Flew out to see her a couple of times before moving back to Texas. And still keep in touch frequently. Different attitudes and concerns rule there, so I'm (slowly) realizing that when in Texas do as Texans do . . . not as the Mexicans do. That experience also moved me closer to right of center politically. Fuck building a wall . . . first legalization of play time and then work visas for all that want to put San Antonio on their tour schedule. Just keep up the amazing FE.

I had always been curious about the hobby while in school (college) and would look at CL (Before they took the erotic services section down) from time to time to see what kind of girls would post and their going rates. I laugh at it now but the prices seemed outrageous to me at the time. It seemed like every girl I slept with or tried to sleep with came with a lot of drama and it seemed like meeting up with a provider would be far more convenient. Fast forward a few years later, I was recently single and had struck out with girls too many times in a short period of time. My self esteem was taking a hit in small part because of this but I also had a lot going on in my life. I was trying to move on and I think the way things ended with my ex certainly shook me up a bit and changed me to where I was coming off as weird or creepy whenever I would talk to girls. After months of going without sex, I would constantly spend more and more time online looking at dating sites and ads. Out of curiosity, I googled "escorts austin" and among the first results was BP. Back then the site was less suspicious looking and wasnt crawling with as many fakes but I was still extremely nervous about the possibility of getting robbed or set up in a sting by LE. I would occasionally look at eccie too just to see showcases and use it as a cross reference for girls. Before writing my first review I had no idea there was a ROS section and so I mostly found the reviews useless since I also didnt know the general guidelines to what the acronyms meant or how members would mention the fee. I know its silly, but for my first time I made sure to carefully plan out the best and safest way (in my opinion) to get in the hobby without having to pay hundreds of dollars for verification services or high end agencies. I spent weeks carefully looking at BP ads to see how often a girl would post, what rates they were posting, but would also take a more careful look at the content of the ad (what words they used, font, spacing). I decided I wouldnt go for the girls that were obviously hot but rather settle for (and forgive me for saying this) an average or slightly less than average looking girl. I figured if LE were really trying to set up a sting there would be no way in hell they would use "average" looking girls as bait. Took me a while to come across a provider which met all my checks and intrigued me enough to take the plunge. That was 5 years ago, and I still remember the nerves I felt even while making the initial phone call. The excitement of what I was doing was addicting. I admit looking back the session was average objectively speaking but I was hooked. I spent about a year booking strictly with BP girls until a shitty provider pissed me off enough for me to want to write a review and the rest is history. At first I would only use eccie as a way to PM girls directly but in the years since this site has improved my hobby experience tremendously. I hardly ever get the jitters and can casually step into an incall the same way I walk into a corner store. Lots of ups and downs, but all in good fun!
