Adults can get Molluscum Contagiosum, and when on the genitals it is considered an STD. However it is easily treated.
Both MC and HPV are generally harmless. HPV is so common that according to the CDC, "nearly all sexually active men and women get it at some point in their lives." (
http://www.cdc.gov/std/hpv/stdfact-hpv.htm). Both are transmitted through skin-to-skin contact. Condoms do not prevent HPV or MC. In fact, MC can be transmitted through linens, towels, and even swimming pools. If you are freaking out about contacting MC or HPV from a stripper slide, you should probably wear a hazmat suit on a date.
