Gaining references for a newbie.

Just curious on the best way to acquire the needed references for most providers. It seems you need experience to get references, and references to get experience.
Are there newbie friendly providers?
If so, what's the best way to find them?
Do all providers keep track of all their gentlemen in order to provide references?
Any info would be appreciated.

You might have to inquire on if the provider is newbie friendly or they will mention it in their showcase. You might also inquire if they are reference friendly so if you are seeing someone who ask for references you can report back to your last encounter as long as it wasn't over 6 month ago unless your a regular. Most providers don't track of all their clients mostly the repeats.

You could also get setup with a verification service like P411. Some will see if you're verified through them, but don't have refrences yet.
