She's a flake...maybe worse. Made appointment, spoke on the phone a few times to verify my address. Said she'd be there in 20 minutes. After 40 minutes, I call her. She says she's right outside my building. I ask what color car she's in, and she hangs up. I call her back a few times, and it goes to voicemail. She's unreliable. I just hope she doesn't try to break into my apartment (stupid me gave her the apt #)...not for my sake. My roommate and I both have legal firearms. Nuff said.
