Yes, it is a big deal Latin, THN records and holds personal information. She did it to me and it made for a big issue in my life. Look at her posts, not all of them obviously, but just last week talked about having numbers from months ago, we all know you can delete you call history. And what if she was busted and LE had the numbers? Not proof enough to bust you but enough to make life uncomfortable. She's a known drunk poster and don't think her personal life is any different than she is here...as I said recently, she's a great role model for other ladies and her family. This time around? Not yet according to staff. I don't know what all she's done. No one but her knows that. How can we know those people she recorded and posted aren't members? Just because they haven't come forward doesn't mean they don't have accounts here.

She's told the members here that she would record them and their license plates and post them online or turn them in to LE (although she posted it under her mandle which was discovered and both banned). She did that to a p411 member and got the boot from Gina (see the linck posted earlier where Gina says she's a danger to the community and is banned from p411 - that thread). Its just a matter of time before someone here finds themselves on her pornhub or tumblr. If that's not considered a threat then it's not considered a threat.
