You seem to be under the incorrect assumption that mod duties include performing hobby police activities. I would hate for you to be on my jury because you are making some flimsy links. I am not saying anyone should feel safe seeing her, but you are acting as if the board has a duty to do your homework for you. What rule has she violated?

Moderators are here to moderate the forums and to make it relatively safe and easy for the client to meet with the provider. They have to enforce rules that will protect both parties. Why do we have RTMs and bans if the moderators that answer to and enforce those rules on members aren't considered an active police force in eccie? Because shit happens. You need to have someone objective enough not to be influenced by one over the other in the maintaining of order and stability in an organization or society. If we didn't have these moderators, there would be chaos. When there is chaos, nothing productive happens and more bad things occur given the nature of people when left to their own devices. Man's a beast. Yes, each and every member is responsible for his or her own well being but there must be people who will enforce the general peace in order to avoid agents of chaos, this VI character, whose intent is simply to seek pleasures that could harm others by disturbing the peace. If the agents of peace cannot maintain order must vigilantes take the reigns then? Then there will be much more chaos and destruction.
