Okay, you have still failed to mention the area of the Beltway which you are referring to. But since most here are familiar with Houston I'm guessing you're referring to W/C IHOP, and not the BK, McD TB area further South.
BOTH areas are HOT. With the new gay mayor, unlike the old gay mayor, we are not sure of what his agenda is. But watching the trend, there have been recent busts publicized of street walkers, johns and brothels. He obviously has as agenda, just not publicly.
JUST BE CAREFUL! Avoid BP and street ho's, (like that really needs to be said?)

Very True Johnnie, but the fact is, with all the ho's "out there" the cops just don't like it being thrown in their face. Their family, friends and employers see these girls walking the streets and remind them of how helpless they are to do anything about it. So they stage as occasional sting to pander to the media. Typical Dog and Pony Show.

I reckon if they wanted to, on any given night, they could make 20 busts off of BP ho's. There are some who screen, they are a vast minority. Truth is, busting consenting adults for P4P is not a high priority. Not much reward in busting misdemeanors for the man hours involved.

I live in a condo fairly close to there.. Im smart enough to know, not to get a hotel on that strip... there are however, nicer hotels close to where my hm is. I prefer, not to use a hotel. I don't want ppl in my business & staying @ a hotel would probably be a lil too obvious... even when I'd get off of work @ 2-3 (dancing in clubs)- I'd grab breakfast or food @ a burger place by there...
