The Provider OP gets a bad review because the Client had poor hygiene and didn't have the courtesy to say anything was wrong when she terminated the hour-long session after 20 minutes.

The Client Reviewer gets a bad session because the Provider didn't have the courtesy to say anything was wrong when the Client didn't prepare himself properly for the appointment.

At first thought, I'd say the Provider deserved her bad review and the Client deserved his poor session. But I don't see why the Provider wouldn't think that the Client would appreciate the honest feedback, and the Provider has made it clear that she had no desire to approach the Client on the matter.

The Client, on the other hand, has likely seen what type of response has been received anytime anyone has offered feedback to this Provider, no matter how it was presented.

So I suppose I don't blame the client for taking his approach. Perhaps he will learn from this unfortunate experience. It does not appear that the Provider will learn from it.
