I may be going to a shelter due to not being able to use my fireplace. There is a crack somewhere in it and smoke keeps blowing into my living room. Its freezing in here. I have a cat 2dogs and a bird. Hopefully I can bring them. I will not leave my pets. I am low on funds to get food which I would not be if electric was on lol. If anyone can help pm LinsayLee I appreciate it of just 20$ anything will help. I just don't know what to do. Depressed and stressed to the max.

If Brandee could get into a hotel very close to her house, she can leave the animals and check on them throughout the day. Then she can "work" and take care of her bills and feed her family and animals.

That's my suggestion. May not be that easy... I just checked with Laquinta in Garland, and they are booked solid!

If Anyine has a place for Brandee and her animals to stay till her electricity is turned back on, please let her know, or pm me. She has 2 dogs, a cat and a bird.

I have a small Condo with a 13 year old Yorki....so I can't offer any housing

I can care for the bird. I already have a dog and 2 cats so I can't take anymore of those, but the bird can come hang out. It's really too cold to leave the animals at home. I believe some local vet clinics in that area are offering free boarding as well.

When the sirens went off i was still at work and they made us close down early and bring all the customers inside the store. My kids at home I told them to get into the bathroom until i get home. My baby sitter did so well i gave her a raise. Brandee doll i am glaf you are ok text me when you get a chance.

Not being pragmatic and nothing to do with being an Eagle Scout, it has to do with zero sensitivity for people that have lost their homes, belongings, and some even their lives. What to really help? Volunteer to help these people, otherwise shut up.
