How do I get verifed

I am new to this and need some help. I got instructions emailed to me that says Please send all information you can furnish to the moderators for your city/state forum. To locate their email go to the "Provider Ads" forum for your city/state. Next locate the thread near the top titled "Verified Provider process for ECCIE (please read)" Once you open that thread you'll find the email address for the local moderators.Well my issue is I dont know how to find the provider ads in order to get their email, any help would be appreciated.

I was ask to please provide varifaction to Kim Barlrtt or Superwoman2015 here in the Kansas City aera. I have seen Kim several time as a great provider, and she is wonderful to work with as I said a great provider.
