I would happily legalize (prohibited topic) but I think some way of running it through the pharmacy would be a good idea because some (prohibited topics) are very dangerous, not merely recreational.

I was actually focusing on one certain drug.
But I agree with your solution regarding others....if folks want to drink or drug themselves to death , let them have at it. Better than throwing them in prison. That is expensive as fuck and un-American.

I would agree with you completely. As long as we take away their safety hammock first. You only got it halfway right. If people want to drink or drug themselves into oblivion, that is perfectly fine by me as well. As long as I am not the one who has to pay to raise their children, pay for their health care, or provide them any other assistance when the inevitable consequences of their behavior comes back to bite them in the ass.
