How to post a review

How do i post a review? I havent been able to

Go to the appropriate review sub forum, click the button, fill out the form, click submit, win.

if its more than a paragraph, type the ROS in some other software and paste it in.

After you submit,....you get 59 minutes to edit.

I tried to post a new review here: http://m.eccie.net/showthread.php?t=1523616, however it came out as a new thread/post, not a review

I have not seen the "New Review" button shown above on the main page of the Independent Provider forum (Houston section). Have tried with the Opera and Google Chrome browsers.

Any hints on what I might be doing wrong? Is this an IE only forum?

How to hide ROS, advanced feature?
Most posters show minimum ROS. But it looks like they post a lot more. Dunno how to read or post such advanced options.

Wow, no kidding - now I see my problem!!! I've evidently been coming into the site on the Mobile version, which doesn't show the full site. And now I see the button at the bottom of the page that says "Full Site" which changes the layout from Mobile to Full.
