You'll have to give that presentation in the parking lot.... place closed up a few months ago. Don't worry though... the parking lot is still a pretty happening place.... and the beers are colder than inside the building.
They should put a tent up over the parking lot... and then blow up the building and make THAT space the parking lot for the new hangout....
